Cullinan
provided site design and land surveying for five phases of development at this
retirement community. Cullinan prepared a Master Plan with a 199 unit complex on
48 acres, 45 residential units, and a community center. Project build out
will add an additional 34 cottages, an apartment complex of four buildings with a
total of 112 units and a community center. An 82-bed skilled nursing facility,
19 cottages, 16 apartment units, and an adjacent community center are also part
of the Master Plan. Cullinan is providing the preliminary & definitive site plans, landscape plan, specifications, erosion & sediment control, water distribution & storm drainage system design, sanitary sewerage system design, storm drain & stormwater management computations, and construction administration & inspection for the entire complex. Cullinan also provided permitting, completed wetland evaluation, performed traffic studies, and obtained zoning as-built plan approvals. |
