Cullinan recruits the following categories of design and technical professionals for our three offices on an on-going basis:

Civil Engineers:

Civil/Site Engineers:
Design Engineers with two to ten years of experience in general civil and site design; strong technical and communications skills; experience with design / drainage software; AutoCad / LandDesktop experience desirable. Engineering positions offer the opportunity to assume project management responsibilities for the right individual. PE certification is desired.

Transportation Engineers:

Traffic Engineers:
Traffic engineers with a minimum of five years experience in traffic study preparation, HCS / SYNCHRO / TRANSTF / LOS analysis, signal system design & analysis, and MHD technical specifications preparation. AutoCad / LandDesktop software experience a plus. BS and effective communication / presentation skills are required; PE certification is desired.

CAD Operators:

CAD Operators:
Survey / Civil CAD Operators experienced with AutoCad / LandDesktop software, experienced in the preparation of Boundary, Topographic, Permit Plans, Site Plans and Construction Documentation, with the ability to work on multiple tasks / projects in a fast-paced environment.

Land Surveyors:

Field Party Chiefs / Instrument Operators:
Field Party Chiefs with a minimum of five years experience; strong math, computation, data collection and communication skills required. Responsibilities include supervision of survey crews, topographic and property line surveys, construction layout and geodetic control. Instrument Operators must have a minimum of two years experience, and must be familiar with various types of theodolites, levels and total station / data collector combinations.
