Working
as a joint venture, Cullinan is providing land surveying, mapping, high definition
surveying, and database management services for this massive transportation construction
project. Using advanced field equipment, digital database / CADD technology, and High
Definition Survey (HDS) Technology, the joint venture has compiled data regarding
utilities, structures, watercourses, and buildings for the planning, design and
construction of Boston's massive Central Artery / Tunnel project. Services include
vertical / horizontal control and networking, detailed utility mapping, aerial
topographic / plannimetric mapping, high definition surveying, and construction
control & verification. The Joint Venture has developed one of the largest single
digital geographic information systems (GIS) databases to date. The team will be providing
construction monitoring and database updating through the construction phase of this
project. |
