Cullinan assisted the school architect with this $15 million school construction and addition project. We provided construction services, including drainage, 1/2 mile gravity sewer line, hydraulic / hydrologic analysis, land surveying & mapping, site grading, landscaping, and traffic circulation for new 700 pupil, 119,500 s.f. high school and addition to existing middle school.

Cullinan assisted with the design of new athletic facilities at their new high school and existing middle school. Cullinan developed an athletic fields Master Plan on a 48-acre tract of land across the street from the middle and high schools. Cullinan provided master planning, site design, irrigation system design, landscape design, property line & topography surveys, construction documents, and an ANR plan. Also included was the design of two soccer fields, one 10-lane track / soccer field combination, three softball fields, tennis court, play lot area, and the layout of a concession building. Cullinan also assisted in the development of site work specifications, developed a detailed construction cost estimate, assisted in construction coordination issues, and performed construction inspections.
