Cullinan
was contracted by Commerce Insurance Company to provide civil engineering, surveying, and
permitting for the development of a new day care facility on a 7.5 acre parcel in
Webster, MA. The project included property line and existing conditions
surveys, preliminary environmental site assessment (21-E), wetland identification &
replication, Notice of Intent filing, and site plan development. In addition, Cullinan was
responsible for the site work, site work specifications, and construction documents that
included design plans for the site, drainage, grading, water distribution system, storm
drainage system, and sanitary sewer system. Cullinan also provided construction-related
engineering and surveying services. |
