Cullinan provides consulting services to cities & towns, planning boards, and boards of health throughout Massachusetts. We assist municipalities in the review of development plans under the permitting process for subdivision control law, zoning, wetland regulations, and Title 5: Subsurface Disposal of Sanitary Sewage. We help formulate zoning / subdivision regulations & procedures, provide site plan reviews, and offer technical support in public health, water supply, wastewater disposal, and solid waste management issues. If requested by a municipality, Cullinan will create a manpower schedule, which details the assignment and responsibility of inspection work at an hourly rate for professional civil engineers and staff inspectors. If a higher level of inspectional review is warranted, certifications of full compliance with approved plans and local specifications can be signed and stamped by a Cullinan employee with a professional engineer designation. |
