Cullinan
performed engineering and design services in conjunction with this Intersectional Safety
Improvement Project. Cullinan performed traffic study, concept design, and planning,
including traffic counts, signal warrant analysis, accident data tabulation,
intersectional Level of Service capacity analysis, and functional design report.
Cullinan provided field reconnaissance, surveying, and mapping. In addition,
Cullinan completed the final design phase, including 25%, 75% and 100% submittals, full
signalization design, and intersection safety design. Cullinan’s construction
assistance included the creation of contract documents, plans, and specifications for work
according to MHD requirements. |
