Cullinan performed aerial mapping control by a GPS system to facilitate the total mapping at the airport. Cullinan established 80 photo control points, four of which will serve as permanent control positions for future use by the Rhode Island Airport Corporation. Cullinan completed the GPS planning, measurements, and data processing tasks using dual frequency Ashtech Z-Surveyor GPS hardware and corresponding software. |
