Cullinan
performed the site survey, site engineering and construction support for the design and
development of the $100 million Aaron Lazare Medical Research Building at the
University of Massachusetts Medical School campus. This 350,000 square foot
state of the art research facility assists on-going efforts by the medical school to

Our activities included stormwater management plan development, sewer design, utilities coordination, permitting, site work specifications, and construction cost estimates. Cullinan was honored by the Boston Society of Architects / AIA and the New England Healthcare Assembly for the our site design at the Aaron Lazare Medical Research Building. The Boston Society of Architects Healthcare Facilities Design Awards Jury recognized Cullinans civil engineering and site design, and awarded our firm a 2002 Honorable Mention for Design.
