				Cullinan was contracted by Worcester Academy to provide master planning for new athletic fields, including the design of soccer fields, softball fields, and courts, and the layout of accessory buildings. For the first phase of the project, Cullinan developed concept layout and grading plans, analyzed regulatory requirements on potential development, delineated wetland resources on-site, and provided a letter report on the feasibility of developing the property into athletic fields. For the second phase of the project, Cullinan provided site design, irrigation system design, landscape design, and property line & topography surveys; reviewed local zoning and overlying districts; and identified local & state regulatory requirements. Cullinan also prepared construction documents (including site work specifications and a detailed construction cost estimate), assisted in construction coordination issues, and performed construction inspections, as needed.
